My name is Ernesto Manalo and I am an Environmental Engineering Associates with LA Sanitation and Environment Industrial Waste Management Division, City of Los Angeles. I've been with this Division for 20 years with vast experienced implementing the City of Los Angeles Municipal Code Ordinance (LAMC) on Industrial Waste Control on the different Industry within the City of Los Angeles. My works include Permitting, Inspection, Enforcement and Code Implementation. I graduated from National University , Manila, Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (1975) and also a degree of Bachelor of Science in Sanitary Engineering (1976). Before migrating to USA, I worked for National Pollution Control Commission in the Philippines. Prior to my City employment, I worked as a Production Manager and later as a Quality Control Manager for a large medical manufacturing company here in Los Angeles County.
