Joe is currently the AquaNereda Product Manager at Aqua-Aerobic Systems. He has been active in the water and wastewater treatment industry since 2006. Joe has management experience with a broad range of innovative water and wastewater treatment technologies, including biological, filtration and separation products. He is a published author of several technical papers in AWWA/AMTA and WEF proceedings and a past instructor for AWWA operator training. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Delaware and a Master’s Degree in Environmental & Waste Management from Stony Brook University.

Jacob Moeder is a licensed Senior Engineer in the Capital Projects group at Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD). He has over 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry and during the past several years with IRWD, he has been involved with a wide range of capital projects including the design and construction of water wells, sewer lift stations, pump stations, and improvements at water and wastewater treatment facilities. His recent responsibilities include the management of improvements at disinfection facilities and reservoirs, and IRWD’s Sewage Treatment Master Plan.
