A Sacramento State English graduate, Lydia began her career with CWEA in 2016 and has advanced through several roles to lead the organization’s certification programs. She is a Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP), bringing expertise in exam development, program management, and candidate support. Lydia is passionate about creating high-quality, accessible certifications that help water professionals grow and succeed in their careers.
