Objective: Improve your ability to communicate, by understanding your team’s individual communication styles.

Description: Everyone you encounter is motivated differently, communicates differently, and views tasks and relationships differently. This Team Communication webinar introduces participants to the DISC communication styles. Being aware of these styles and how to effectively communicate with each one, will help you achieve greater success when you learn to value your strengths as well as those of others.

Takeaways: During this webinar attendees will explore ways to:

1. Apply the Law of Awareness to recognize your strengths and limitations.
2. Understand how others are different and unique and how to work with each communication style.
3. How to build a strong team that communicates, appreciates the style of others, and works well together.
Target Audience: Anyone who wants to become a better communicator, connector, and team member.
