Dindo Carrillo is a Regulatory Specialist at the Orange County Sanitation District. He has a Master of Science in Chemistry from CSULB and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from UCI. He has sixteen years of regulatory compliance experience with responsibilities in NPDES permit, SSS WDR Order, and Underground Storage Tanks permit. He was the past Chair of the California Water Environment Association Government Affairs Committee in 2013-2014. He is the current Chair of the Southern California Alliance of POTW Collections Committee 2018-2019. He has been a CWEA volunteer since 2013.

Steve Cano is the Wastewater Maintenance Superintendent for Costa Mesa Sanitary District. He has been with CMSD since 2010. Currently, he is serving as Past President for SARBS, Vice Chair for CSC and also serving on the Collections Committee for our region. He has been an active member of CWEA since 2004 and holds a Grade 4 in Collections and Grade 1 in Environmental Control. He also holds certifications in water distribution and treatment and NASSCO. He started his career with the City of Montclair with public works in 2002 with the parks department. While in parks, he began cross training with the sewer department and at this time worked on getting his certifications. After obtaining the required certifications, he was promoted to Environmental Control Specialist, lead of the sewer crew. He continued to further his education while at Montclair and obtained AS and BS in Public Administration. With CMSD, he was honored with being SARBS CWEA Supervisor of the Year in 2014 and also has taken awards for CWEA Small Collections System of the Year in 2012 and SARBS winner in 2015.

Heather McPherson P.E. is the Southern California Business Development Manager for ADS Environmental Services. Heather is a California licensed Civil Professional Engineer. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University. Heather has over 20 years of technical and engineering experience in the water and wastewater field with particular emphasis on open channel hydraulics, RDII & capacity analysis along with sewer collection system operations optimization. Heather has presented several technical presentations to local and regional organizations that include topics such as conducting Inflow and Infiltration studies, cleaning optimization, SSO monitoring and alarming, and flow monitoring for billing and capacity analysis.
