Josh Balentine is Brown and Caldwell's National Pretreatment Technical Lead and has a unique pretreatment background covering all angles. He has managed one of the largest pretreatment programs in the country, served as a consulting engineer for numerous pretreatment programs and industrial users, and supported the U.S. EPA and various states as a contract regulator of industrial pretreatment programs, including EPA legion 9 and the State of California. While working on behalf of the U.S. EPA, he was a credential inspector holding a U.S. EPA Inspection Security Clearance and performed more than 100 pretreatment program compliance audits and more than 500 industrial user inspections. He has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis and holds a Grade 4 Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators license in Arizona and Tennessee.
