The presentation will provide an example of industrial discharger bypass and the investigation conducted to identify the situation and correct violation processes, resulting in participants being able to act if they encounter similar circumstances.

Participants will be better able to structure and conduct inspections to recognize indicators of wastewater bypass. 
Participants will be able to draw on this example for forensic diagnosis and enforcement activities.
Participants will be better able to structure, develop and give a presentation outlining material common in the wastewater industry."
