This session provides an in-depth understanding of the regulatory foundation for Categorical Pretreatment Standards, including the distinctions between indirect and direct dischargers as outlined in 40 CFR 403. Participants will learn the key points of these distinctions, their significance, and how they impact regulatory compliance. The training also covers how to determine if a facility falls under Categorical Standards and how to effectively incorporate these standards into industrial permits.
