CWEA Contact Hours: 1.0 contact hours towards CWEA's ECI, LAB & AWTO certifications.
This session focuses on oil and grease, beginning with an overview of their composition, and then discussing their ability to negatively impact wastewater treatment systems. Then we explore the analytic method used to quantify oil & grease, EPA 1664A, along with the associated quality control (QC) measures that help ensure accurate and reliable results. Finally, we consider key challenges in the collection and analysis of oil and grease such as representative sampling, contamination, interfering substances, and handling hazardous substances and offer practical tips and solutions for each.
Registrants who view the live webinar to see the slides and hear the audio and then enter the correct attention check code (directions below) will receive 1.0 contact hours towards contact hours towards CWEA's ECI, AWTO, & LAB certifications.
To receive your contact hours for viewing the live webinar, please note the one (1) attention check code that will be displayed during the webinar in the top left or right corner of the presentation for approximately 90 seconds.
