Safety is everyone's responsibility! Please join us for a live webinar on Mobile and Short Duration Temporary Traffic Control Plans presented by CWEA Safety Committee member Peter Kuchinsky. 

This 50 minute session on Short-Duration and Mobile Operations Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) training will focus on temporary work zones that occupy a location for up to one hour or move continuously. This session will review best practices on how to use methods and devices, using more dominant methods to increase notice to drivers, worker visibility and deploy flaggers to be in substantial conformance with the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices or CA-MUTCD.
Some operations may include…

-Vacuum truck operations
-Line inspection / cleaning
-Leak detection / investigation
-Valve exercising / shut down
-Meter Reading / Facility Maintenance
-Underground line locating
-Emergency Response 
-Equipment/Material Loading and Unloading 

 Who Should Attend:  Supervisors and workers responsible for traffic control, especially those that work alone, exposed to traffic, for one hour or less.
